Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Civil Site Supervisor** to oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are completed on time and within quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and material usage logs
- Coordinate with project engineers and contractors for smooth workflow
- Inspect work progress and quality, and report issues to management
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources on site

**Requirements**:

- ITI, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management
- Ability to read drawings and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Auto CAD, MS Office and site reporting tools is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
