- Develop clear, concise, and compelling proposals tailored to government requirements.
- Ensure all proposals are grammatically accurate, well-structured, and error-free.
- Adhere to government proposal guidelines, formatting standards, and submission deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary project details, financial estimates, and supporting documents.
- Revise and improve proposals based on feedback from stakeholders and funding agencies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Business Administration, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in writing proposals for skilling projects (government, CSR, or international funding agencies).
- Familiarity with government skilling contracts, CSR funding proposals, and various proposal formats.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant profile.
