**Job Title: Telecaller Executive**

**Job Overview**:
As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling products or services. You will engage with customers over the phone, build rapport, provide information about products or services, address any queries or concerns, and ultimately persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

**Salary**:8,000 - 9,000 (plus incentives)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list of leads provided by the company.
- Introduce products or services to customers and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales activities in the company's database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotional offers to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while conducting sales calls.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role in a sales or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with CRM software or call center software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
