- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns or issues.
- Assist customers with order placement, product information, and account-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the customer support team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer servic

**Education: Graduation** or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
