Our team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, and special educators work in a coordinated manner to support children and their families. **Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Serve as the **first point of contact** for parents and visitors - **Manage appointments and scheduling** using the Kivi Health App (training provided) - Coordinate with therapists for timely session planning and room allocations - Maintain and update **patient records and consent forms**: - Handle **incoming calls, enquiries, and follow-ups** with parents - Manage **payments and billing**: issue receipts, maintain petty cash, and support monthly closing - Oversee **daily maintenance** of the center including housekeeping, utilities, and supplies - Coordinate with the main branch for administrative reporting and support - Maintain confidentiality and ensure **professional communication** at all times - Support basic event planning (parent meetings, awareness days, etc.) **Skills & Requirements**: - Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience (experience in a clinic or healthcare setup is preferred) - Strong communication skills in **Tamil and English**: - Ability to handle responsibilities independently with attention to detail - Pleasant personality, patient, and child-friendly **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - "Are you available to join immediately?" **Experience**: - Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred) - Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
