**Job Title: Videographer and EditorJob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, branding, training, events, and social media.
- Collaborate with creative teams, marketing to understand video objectives and develop compelling visual narratives.
- Operate and maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Manage all aspects of video post-production including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ensure videos are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and are optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram etc.).
- Organize and maintain a video library and archive footage.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new video technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required) or LET YOUR PASSION SPEAK.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Motion graphics and animation experience(PREFFERED, NOT MANDATORY)
- Experience multi-camera setups.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and trends.

**Work Environment**:

- On-site/Hybrid/Remote (adjust as per your company setup)
- Flexible hours depending on project needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
