Job Title**:IT / Web Developer Lead**

**About Us**:
Refuel Group LLC (USA) is an international hospitality, wellness, and retail company with operations in the USA and India. We're building our India-based backend hub to power multiple brands including Refuel Hub, Kabob Box, SouthernMarketz, and our wellness clinics.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced IT / Web Developer Lead to manage all our technology requirements—from websites and e-commerce to CRM integration and backend systems. You’ll own and maintain the tech stack that connects our US and India operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain brand websites (WordPress / Shopify / custom)
- Integrate online ordering, payment gateways, delivery platforms (Zomato, DoorDash, etc.)
- Build and manage customer appointment systems for clinics and cafés
- Maintain and secure customer/patient data with best practices
- Coordinate with designers, marketing, and operations teams to implement new features
- Lead small IT support team (junior developers, helpdesk)
- Ensure 99.9% uptime, daily backups, and data security compliance (HIPAA/GDPR-equivalent standards)
- Provide tech support to staff across India and US time zones

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development (PHP, WordPress, Shopify, React, etc.)
- Familiarity with payment gateways, CRM, and POS systems
- Experience in leading small tech teams
- Knowledge of data security standards
- Ability to document and maintain SOPs
- Excellent communication skills in English

**Desirable**:

- Experience with health-tech / wellness platforms
- Familiarity with U.S.based SaaS systems (QuickBooks, HubSpot, Toast, Square)
- Ability to work partial US hours if needed
