**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling & Design**:

- Create detailed 3D models and designs using Pytha CAD software based on client specifications, sketches, and concept drawings.
- Develop furniture designs with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and project requirements.
- **Technical Drawing & Documentation**:

- Generate accurate technical drawings, layouts, and assembly instructions for production.
- Prepare material specifications, cutting lists, and hardware schedules.
- Update and maintain a library of design templates, CAD models, and technical documentation.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of design projects.
- Provide support to project managers and production supervisors to address design-related queries and issues during the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop presentation visuals and client-ready 3D renders.
- **Design Optimization**:

- Suggest improvements to enhance product quality, reduce production costs, and optimize the manufacturing process.
- Identify and resolve potential design issues early in the project cycle.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Maintain proficiency with Pytha CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Stay up-to-date with software updates, new features, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CAD designer in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with Pytha 3D CAD software is essential.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Pytha CAD software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
- Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly techniques.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in parametric design.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and optimization.
- Previous experience working on custom furniture projects.
