Site Supervisor

Job Title: Office Boy

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Keep the office premises clean and tidy
- Ensure that the office kitchen is clean and well-stocked with supplies
- Assist in organizing and arranging office furniture and equipment
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Run errands, such as banking, post office, and other official tasks
- Assist in setting up meetings, conferences, and other events
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Report any office maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- Provide support to other staff members as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Office Boy or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects

Physical Demands: The position requires the Office Boy to lift and move heavy objects, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods. The individual must be physically fit and able to perform the tasks required for the job.

Working Conditions: The Office Boy works indoors in an office environment, and may occasionally need to work outside in order to run errands. The position may require working weekends and overtime hours.
