**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and execute load and stress tests using LoadRunner or similar tools.
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
- Generate test reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software performance standards are met.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in LoadRunner or similar load testing tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and stress testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of other testing tools like JMeter, Silk Performer, etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with performance tuning, load balancing, and capacity planning.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.
- Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of network protocols and server configurations.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
