**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update procurement records and reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services in alignment with organizational needs.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers and competitive pricing.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to procurement, delivery, or quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or any degree in a relative field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
- Strong understanding of the procurement process and purchase order management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart, intellectual, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
