We are looking for an experienced Admin cum Housekeeping Officer to oversee daily administrative and housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to administration.
- Handle office equipment and ensure regular maintenance.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
- Address employee requests related to office facilities and resources.
- Monitor and oversee budget allocation for administrative needs.
Housekeeping Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and organize workspace.
- Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Order and manage cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety measures, and company policies.
- Address any maintenance issues or repairs promptly with appropriate teams.
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in office administration and housekeeping management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and workplace compliance standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
