- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in the inventory team
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange and plan out warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train the inventory team
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations, safety and other government requirements
- Continuously look for improvements in operations thus leading to better efficiency/ cost savings/ speed to the market
- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations
- Analyze and monitor current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of Revenue, Variable costs, Fixed expenses and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendations to Management for decision making purposes
- Write specifications (if required) to modify functionality of domain processes, specifically impacting new / existing outcomes.
- Compile presentation decks for weekly and monthly reviews

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
