- Experience: 1+ years relevant experience, preferably from an Education *Industry Knowledge of Exposure of Placement related activities Experience of *Training and Placement Good in coordination, counselling and negotiating skills

**Skills & Expertise**:

- Coordinate with team, monitor and achieve target accordingly
- Coordinate with students, companies and align interviews
- Help students identify employment options that match their career interests
- Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing

techniques and job openings
- Daily should update the report to management.
- Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers
- Provide targeted career information and resources for specific majors and interest

groups to students and alumni as needed
- Identify the number and types of positions needed, assist with maintaining employer
database(s)
- Arranging Mock interviews, recruitment and maintain student files as needed
- Orient students and alumni to career planning must assist their obtaining employment
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments and

program managers
- Ensure that all students are rightly matched Build good network with various
corporate companies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
