**Job description**

An interior Site supervisor with an excellent knowledge on interior designing, and with proven track-record of managing and delivering successful turnkey projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day to day operations of the Site
- Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
- To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
- Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
- Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
- Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
- Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
- Prepare interim and final billing reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential or Commercial Interior Industry
- Communication in English and Hindi
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
- Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office
- Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.Supervising Interior Site Projects as per Plans. Managing Inventory and On-Time Completion of Project. Managing Labour on the site. Managing Client meetings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
