- Encourage students to speak and use French in class.
- Assess students through class tests, assignments, and projects.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and French.
- Prior teaching experience in a school.
- Should be patient, energetic, and passionate about teaching.
