**Job Summary**:
Oversees the operations of the Medical Records Department, ensuring all medical data is accurately documented, securely stored, and compliant with regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and train MRD staff (officers, clerks, data entry).
- Ensure timely and accurate coding of diseases (ICD-10, CPT, etc.).
- Develop and enforce MRD policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's in Health Information Management or Hospital Administration.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
