**About Role Expectation**:
We are seeking a passionate **Telecaller/ Telesales Executive** person who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into sales or appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound/ Inbound calls in professional manner
- Interact with the customer over a call with strong communication skills.
- Explain the product/ service and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments or close sales over the phone call.
- Keep a record of every customer call.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
