Alliance Square Properties is looking for Sales Associates whose basic responsibility is to market & sell plots in and around Mysuru. You will be in touch with the customers right from their site visit to registration. Sales Associates are the direct point of contact between our customers and the company.

Your main role is to stay updated about the market trends and improvise their sales technique in accordance with that. You have to give pertinent ground insights & industry trends to the management in order to pick up sales from time to time. Your role will be a combination of customer conversation & contextual field presence.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Approaching fresh customers and selling properties.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Researching new leads.
- Accompanying potential customers to site visits & clarifying their doubts.
- Staying in touch with customers right from the beginning of the process to the day of registration.
- Maintaining the brand name of the company and handling responsibilities according to the predetermined standards of the company.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
