Ecommerce Trainee

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow.

**E-commerce Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the company’s e-commerce platforms.
- Work with marketing teams to update content on websites and social media channels if needed.
- Ensure product inventory is updated and work with the warehouse team to avoid stock discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in administration, business, or e-commerce-related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or e-commerce role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, or similar is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Knowledge of online payment methods, order processing best practices.
