Job Description : SAP Functional consultant Lead - Workforce Analytics & Planning Job Summary SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics & Planning expert who has minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors experience with 3+ full life cycle implementation and 1 Support experience. Additional Knowledge End user level on RCM LMS PMGM EC ONB and Compensation. Skills and Experience Must Have Skills ? Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors Workforce Analytics and Planning module and HR business processes for customers. ? Deep expertise in following areas: o Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators o Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems related to workforce reporting recruiting learning performance management and overall people data o Strong experience with developing actionable management dashboards Tiles for HR or Talent organizations. o Manage Standard Workforce Metrics and Drill to Detail o Manages security roles and user access permissions. o Mapping Business Requirement to the workbook ? Manage requests to resolve and analyze management reporting with customers determining if the right questions are being asked and advising on right visualization to emphasize points ? In conjunction with peers build and own management analysis portfolio and procedures including recruiting performance management learning and other functions. ? Work closely with data reporting and analytics team members including articulating client demands. Translate business needs into clear requirements and direction for data and reporting teams Major Roles And Responsibilities ? Excellent client handling skills during the implementation. ? Work collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvement. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong learning ability agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments ability to analyze issues and recommend workable solution. ? Excellent delegation negotiation and strong people management skills: ? Excellent communicator with good articulation and consulting skills ? Pleasing flexible with a positive attitude ?
