**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer with 2-5 years of proven experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.
- A strong foundation in human-centered design
- Ability to design responsive/adaptive interfaces for both web and mobile
- Skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design low
- and high-fidelity wireframes along with polished UI mockups
- Develop responsive and adaptive layouts optimized for web and mobile
- Conduct user research, define personas, and structure information architecture
- Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to refine designs
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility guidelines and align with UX best practices

**Core Skills & Expertise**:

- Design & UX: Wireframing, UI Mockups, Responsive/Adaptive Design, Information Architecture, Persona Creation, Prototyping, User Research, Human-Centered Design Thinking, UX Strategy
- Design Principles: Typography, Spacing, Grid Systems, Color Theory, Visual Hierarchy
- Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience with a strong, demonstrable portfolio
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodology
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with user research methods and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
