Engage with farmers, dealers, and retailers to understand concerns and offer tailored product solutions
- Recommend appropriate products based on crop lifecycle and customer needs
- Generate and convert leads by communicating product value effectively
- Build long-term relationships and upgrade existing clients to key accounts
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
- Support special projects and show adaptability in dynamic field conditions

**Required Skills**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a **Bachelor's degree** in Agriculture, Agribusiness, BBA, Rural Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good negotiation and sales skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams
- Quick learner, adaptable to rural/agri sales environments
- Proficiency in **Hindi or English** (mandatory)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
