**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Design Projects**: Collaborate with the graphic design team to support various design projects, including but not limited to creating marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and other visual assets.
- **Conceptualization and Ideation**: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual concepts and design solutions. Work closely with senior designers to develop and refine concepts based on project requirements and feedback.
- **Graphic Design Execution**: Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other relevant tools to execute design tasks. Produce high-quality graphics and layouts that effectively communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.
- **Image Editing and Manipulation**: Assist in image editing, retouching, and manipulation to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency across design assets. Optimize images for various digital and print platforms while ensuring resolution and quality standards are met.
- **File Management and Organization**: Maintain organized files and folders for design assets, ensuring version control and easy access for team members. Follow naming conventions and file structure guidelines to facilitate efficient workflow and project collaboration.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Actively participate in design critiques and reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback. Use feedback to refine designs, address areas for improvement, and iterate on design concepts until final approval is obtained.
- **Adherence to Deadlines**: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, seeking assistance or clarification when needed to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- **Learning and Development**: Take initiative to expand knowledge and skills in graphic design through self-learning, online resources, workshops, and training opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to enhance proficiency and creativity.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues. Contribute to a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team and the organization as a whole.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout composition.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and conceptually.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for graphic design and a desire to grow professionally.
- Portfolio showcasing examples of design work and projects completed during coursework or previous internships (if applicable).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
