**Job Title**: Technician (4-Wheeler)

**Education**: ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
**Experience**: 1-5 Years (Depending on level - Junior/Senior Technician)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Servicing and Repairs**:

- Perform routine maintenance services (engine oil change, brake check, filter replacement, etc.).
- Conduct minor and major mechanical repairs (engine work, transmission repair, suspension fixes, etc.).
- **Diagnosis**:

- Use diagnostic tools and scanners to identify vehicle faults.
- Troubleshoot technical issues accurately and efficiently.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all repairs are performed according to company and manufacturer standards.
- Conduct road tests and quality checks post-repair.
- **Workshop Coordination**:

- Coordinate with Service Advisors for job card understanding and updates.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work bays and tools.
- **Documentation**:

- Update job cards with repair details, parts used, and service notes.
- Report additional faults found during servicing to the Service Advisor for approvals.
- **Customer Handling (if required)**:

- Explain technical issues and repairs to Service Advisors (and sometimes customers) in simple language.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong technical knowledge of 4-wheeler vehicles (petrol/diesel/electric if applicable).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and basic workshop equipment.
- Good understanding of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
