**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions using AWS Glue Studio and AWS Glue ETL
- Oversee the integration of data from various sources into Amazon S3
- Provide technical expertise in Apache Spark to optimize data processing workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle
- Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure smooth operation
- Implement best practices for data security and compliance
- Mentor and guide junior team members in data engineering practices
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tools
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in AWS Glue Studio and AWS Glue ETL
- Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon S3 for data storage and management
- Have strong expertise in Apache Spark for data processing
- Show a solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data solutions
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills
- Be committed to maintaining data quality and integrity
- Have experience mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Stay current with the latest data engineering trends and technologies
- Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Possess a strong commitment to continuous improvement in data engineering practices.
