**Responsibilities & Duties**

**FREE**:

- **15 DAYS Telecalling & Products training before joining, this training would give you a strong tool to your personality on phone regarding corporate communication, telecalling etiquette & opportunity to get vast knowledge of financial products of Banks/ Insurance Co, we serve.**

*approach new prospects ( for Loan or General Insurance products) by phone, and fix meeting with our sales team daily and taking follow ups on phone to complete docs formalities.
- monitoring the prospect case till final service *co ordinate between client and office staff, management such as to achieve their goals and get team goal achieved.
- back office assistance regarding entire loan/Insurance procedure
- Maintaining office decorum and assure positive participation in office team with positive attitude.
- Recruit new business associate, train and develop beneath team to sell our loans and General insurance products in their city of India. make sure to activate them in each month by any one product business of loans.

- Note**:Work Location: Chaufatka Office, Near High Court Colony, GT road, Alld**:

- **Salary would be according to the achieved slab of Monthly target business only.**

Loans file Target: Minimum 10 files/Month (File size should be greater than/equal to 2 lacs, if less, then it would be count half ) ,

**And** can also **Earn 5% on Motor Insurance** (net OD Premium) and **5% on health Insurance** Net Premium business done in a month by trainee And Rs500 per Business associate activation* in a month
