The Social Media Managing Executive is responsible for overseeing the company's social media strategy to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve marketing goals. This role involves managing social media campaigns, creating content, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that is informative, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice.
- Oversee the design and layout of social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertisements, promotions, and contests.
- Monitor and respond to user comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a unified approach.
- Coordinate with influencers and other external partners to amplify the brand’s reach.
- **Reputation Management**:

- Monitor social media channels for potential risks and manage any social media crises effectively.
- Maintain a positive image of the company across all social media platforms.
- **Community Building**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with followers, fans, and influencers to build a strong community.
- Organize and participate in events to build social media presence.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in anyone, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1year of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the SEO.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Certification in social media marketing or related fields.
