Sales Executive Retail

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Ensure effective product placement, promotions, and sales strategies to drive sales.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide an outstanding shopping experience to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, features, and trends.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Merchandising and Store Presentation**:

- Maintain the store's visual appeal, including displays, signage, and organization.
- Ensure products are well-stocked and presented in an appealing manner.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper cash reconciliation and assist in end-of-day reporting.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with fellow team members to achieve store sales goals.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in stock management, restocking shelves, and performing inventory checks.
- Ensure proper handling of goods, reducing loss and damage.

Pay: ₹9,716.08 - ₹15,881.81 per month
