**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assistance: Support senior accountants and finance managers with various tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Pursuing or completed Intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy (CA) from a recognized institution.
- A strong command in English Language.
- Experience: Prior experience or internships in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
