**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR**

**1)** Should have thorough knowledge in taking measurements of all types of Civil & Interior works & should be capable of handling multiple projects

**2) **Should be aware of relevant IS codes, be able understand work order specifications, rates, units, makes, terms & conditions.

**3) **Thoroughly read the measurements though GFC drawings & also visit site when drawings are not available to arrive at quantity

**4) **Co-ordinate with site in charge for amendments, NT rates, Tech deviation approvals, basic price variations approvals etc

**5) **Preparation of rate analysis for the item of works. worked for high rise buildings, G+ 30 floors, worked for commercial and residential projects.

**6) **Prepare Bar bending schedules and material reconciliations.

**7) **Quantity estimation, preparation of interim payment certificates/progress bills, their certification and verification of subcontractor bills.

**9) **Variance / Non Tender Items tracking and its proper documentation.

**10) **Attend site meetings whenever required

**11) **Budget tracking & cost Monitoring.

**12) **Preparing reports as & when required by the management

**13) **Initial Budget preparation.

**14) **Other roles & responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

**15) **Should have good knowledge on Billing process & procedures.

Experience in High rise building estimation and Construction ERP added advantage

**Qualifications**

BE Civil with 4 to 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying

**Salary**: ₹30,148.72 - ₹35,117.70 per month
