**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Comfort and experience with daily travel and field visits to schools and communities.**:

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders in the government education system and related communities.
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
- Highly proficient in written and spoken Gujarati communication. Functional proficiency in written and spoken Hindi & English.
- Basic proficiency in the usage of G suite (Google Calendar, Google forms, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

**Qualifications**:

- Ensuring fulfilment of target-based student engagement and learning with the ConveGenius learning platform.
- Problem-solving with stakeholders to ensure that the program runs smoothly every day.
- Relationship management with key stakeholders (BRCs,CRCs Principals, teachers, students, parents, community leaders and members)
- Liasoning with Block & Cluster officials to ensure awareness and support for the program.
- Daily & weekly planning & coordination with fellows to achieve program objectives.
- Documentation & timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
