Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data in computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare and generate reports as required by the management.
- Assist in data collection, compilation, and analysis for various projects.
- Handle confidential information responsibly.
- Coordinate with other departments to obtain or clarify data.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35-40 wpm preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (scanner, printer, copier).
