**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals and support the ongoing operations and programs of the Eye Mantra Foundation.

Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, major donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors to secure financial contributions and sponsorships.

Research and identify potential funding opportunities from government grants, philanthropic organizations, and corporate giving programs.

Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage donors and raise awareness about the mission and impact of the Eye Mantra Foundation.

Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop compelling fundraising materials, including proposals, presentations, and donor appeals.

Provide stewardship to existing donors and sponsors, ensuring timely acknowledgment, recognition, and reporting on the impact of their contributions.

Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities, track progress towards fundraising goals, and prepare regular reports for senior management and the board of directors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital departments, medical professionals, and other foundations, to leverage collaborative opportunities and support fundraising efforts.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in fundraising and philanthropy.

Represent the Eye Mantra Foundation at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote awareness and generate support for our cause.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field (preferred).

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related roles, with a focus on individual and corporate fundraising.

Proven track record of successfully raising funds from diverse sources, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.

Specific experience in fundraising for eye hospitals, healthcare organizations, or related foundations is highly desirable.

Strong network of contacts and relationships within the philanthropic community, including potential donors, sponsors, and partners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors and stakeholders through written and verbal communication.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fundraising software (e.g., DonorPerfect, Raiser's Edge) is a plus.

Passion for the mission and vision of the Eye Mantra Foundation and a commitment to making a positive impact in the field of eye care and blindness prevention.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
