**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update digital signature data into the designated software or database with the utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify the authenticity and validity of digital signatures based on established guidelines and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies regarding digital signature management and data security.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all digital signature information and related documents.
- Conduct quality checks on entered data to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
- Monitor and track digital signature expiration dates and initiate the renewal process in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, IT, and administration, to ensure the smooth and efficient management of digital signature data.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to digital signature data entry and management.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on the status of digital signatures and associated data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital signature management and data entry.

**Qualifications**:

- Any bachelor's degree
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and verification processes.
- Ability to handle and process sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
