**ob Description: Admission Counselor**

**Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, educational fairs, and partnerships.
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries to ensure maximum engagement.
- **Lead Conversion and Admissions**:

- Counsel prospective students and their families about academic programmes, entry requirements, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Persuade and convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- **Campus Visits Coordination**:

- Schedule and conduct campus visits for students and parents, showcasing facilities and programme offerings.
- Ensure a positive and informative experience for all visitors.
- **Client Handling**:

- Build rapport with students and their families to address concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Employ effective negotiation and interpersonal skills to onboard prospective students successfully.
- **Performance-Based Rewards**:

- Receive a bonus for every successful admission.
- Earn an additional bonus for every campus visit conducted.
- Enjoy up to 15% incentive on the total business generated monthly.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Amity University or other reputed institutions).
- Prior experience in student counseling, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Compensation**
- Fixed salary with performance-based bonuses and incentives.
