**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as required by law.
- Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for Board and General Meetings.
- Assist in filing necessary forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), MCA, etc.
- Support in drafting resolutions, board reports, and corporate disclosures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants/auditors for secretarial and legal compliance.
- Keep the organization updated on regulatory changes and implications.
- Handle correspondence with government departments and regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified **Company Secretary (CS)** - ACS or recently passed final.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience (including internships or training under PCS/Company).
- Good knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and ROC/MCA filing procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,265.67 - ₹30,031.49 per month
