**Job Title: Telecalling Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of explaining our products/services and generating interest.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- **Product/Service Presentation**:

- Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets within the defined timeframe.
- **Handle Objections**:

- Address customer concerns and objections professionally, providing necessary information to overcome resistance.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the sales and marketing teams. Prepare regular reports on call activities and results.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or communication is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is an office-based role requiring regular working hours, but flexibility may be required to accommodate different time zones or peak calling times.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
