We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a proven track record in producing impactful video content across industries. You will lead the creation of video campaigns for social media, paid advertising, corporate branding, product explainers, and promotional campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end editing for social media reels, TV ads, product showcases, brand films, and corporate videos.
- Add high-quality transitions, motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and audio design to elevate storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, marketers, and clients to understand briefs and deliver engaging video narratives.
- Handle footage from various sources (mobile, DSLR, drone) and ensure polished delivery tailored to each platform.
- Create videos in multiple aspect ratios and formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ad networks.
- Perform professional-level color correction, grading, audio balancing, and visual enhancements.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual language across projects.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm behavior, and performance-driven video tactics.
- Maintain organized archives of raw footage, edit files, and final assets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in film/media studies, visual communication, animation, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing and motion design roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated experience creating content across multiple industries (B2B/B2C), with a focus on ads, storytelling, and brand communication.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, pacing, audience engagement, and digital content psychology.
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools like ClickUp, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience creating real estate marketing videos (walkthroughs, drone edits, before-after property showcases).
- Familiarity with 360-degree video editing, VR tour production, or platforms like Matterport or Kuula.
- Experience in explainer videos, testimonial edits, corporate interviews, and product launch promos.
- Sound design and voiceover editing capabilities.
- Working knowledge of YouTube and Meta Ads video specs and performance optimization.
- Exposure to CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) video integration and collaboration with 3D artists is a plus.
