**Our Business Model**:

- AI/ML Chatbot driven technology for Push/Pull based Lead Generation in B2B & B2C sectors. Data science-backed consumer insights.
- End-to-end campaign management platform for optimizing leads to conversion.

**Responsibilities / Job Role**:Market Research and Lead Generation Intern
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers through regular, transparent, and value-driven communication over calls.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers using networking platforms, industry events, and referrals, establishing the organization as a trusted partner.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies leveraging digital marketing, referrals, and CRM tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers, ensuring clear agendas and actionable follow-ups to drive business opportunities.
- Monitor client engagement, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine strategies proactively.
- Maintain organized databases of clients, leads, and activities to ensure efficient tracking, reporting, and alignment with business goals.
- Align efforts with assigned targets by developing actionable plans, tracking progress, and adapting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support and achieve measurable success in client satisfaction and business growth.

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:

- Final year students pursuing **B.COM, BBA, B.TECH.**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- **Highly motivated individuals with a Go-Getter attitude are a MUST.**

**Payment Structure: The salary will be discussed based on performance, starting at ₹16,000.**

**Timings**:10:30 am to 7:30 pm

**Days**: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
