**JOB Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Development and Execution
- Brainstorm and execute engaging social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas to life on the ground.
- Organize on-site or virtual shoots for campaigns, promotions, and brand collaborations.
- Content Creation
- Create high-quality, eye-catching content, including photos, videos, and reels, tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Film, edit, and produce short-form videos and promotional clips.
- Use trending ideas to create relatable and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
- On-Site Engagement
- Participate in events, campaigns, and content creation shoots.
- Connect with influencers, partners, and customers to create engaging, real-time content.
- Scout locations and resources to elevate campaign visuals and storytelling.
- Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Add transitions, effects, music, and text to create visually appealing videos.
- Trend Spotting & Creative Challenges
- Stay updated on trending social media content and ideas to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Be ready to face creative challenges head-on and think out of the box to deliver impactful content.
