**About Us**:
We are a leading NEET and JEE coaching institute committed to delivering quality education and helping students achieve their academic dreams. We are looking for passionate **Academic / Career Counsellors** who can guide students and parents in choosing the right path for NEET/JEE preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents about NEET/JEE coaching programs.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, leads (offline & online), and convert them into enrollments.
- Understand students' academic background and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain follow-up and relationship with prospective students.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Bengali, Hindi is a plus)
- Strong understanding of NEET/JEE exam structure and student needs
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Confidence in public speaking and student interaction
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor's (Any stream)
- Experience in student counselling ( NEET and JEE Institute) or inside sales is an added advantage

**Salary**:

- 12K - 15K

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
