- Practice different methodologies and use practical approach towards learners.
- Collaborate and work closely with business
- Business Heads/Zonal Managers to deliver business goals through trainings interventions.
- Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
- Manage attrition during training.
- Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
- Do OJT & Classroom Training.
- Maintaining the Reports of Refreshers / On Job Training and do business Impact trainings.
- Identify training needs and preparation of training calendar.
- Bachelors in optometry
- Experience in Training preferably for minimum 2-3 years
- Experience in retail or optical background is preferred.
