Urgent opening male Assistant Export department. -- Mumbai

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Reporting to: HOD / Director

Working Hours 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Lunch Break 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm)

Working Days Monday to Saturday. (2 nd and 4 th Saturdays are Off)

Academic Qualification: Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Operations

Management or related field required

IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office

Gender: Male only

Age: 25 to 40 years

**Job Description**:
1. Preparing preform invoice, order confirmation sheet

2. Bank advice and bank remittance

.3. BRC and documentation

4. Coordinating with the Accounts dept. for credit and outstanding of the party

5. Handling Courier matters

6. All certificates renewal and keeping the track of the same

7. IMC follow-up

8. All export related documents entries should be digitalized

.9. To assist the officer and the Manager as per their advice

.10. Checking shipping documents for CHA

.11. Keep record of payment due date

.12. Submission of documents to bank for remittance of Agent's commission

Skills required: Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written

communication abilities

Good analytical skills and strong process mind set

Have excellent independent judgement and decision making skills,

demonstrating strong credibility on trade compliance

Negotiation skills, attitude in building relationships with customers,

reliability, and target oriented

Good planning skills and financial understanding of profitability and loss
