Teacher's Rules and Responsibilities:
1. **Helping with Studies**:

- Prepare them for tests, help with homework, and guide them in completing school projects.
- Provide extra learning materials if needed to improve their performance.

2. **Home Visits**:

- Visit home regularly at agreed times for the tutoring sessions.
- Be on time and maintain a consistent schedule for the children’s learning.

3. **Teaching Good Values and Manners**:

- Teach the children important life skills like good manners, discipline, and values.
- Encourage them to show respect and be responsible, both during and outside the tutoring sessions.

4. **Encouraging Participation in Activities**:

- Motivate kids to join activities like sports, arts, or other hobbies.
- Help them find their interests and support them in taking part in different activities.

5. **Helping with School Projects**:

- Assist the children with their school projects, ensuring they complete them on time and meet the required standards.
- Guide them on how to research and present their work properly.

6. **Overall Growth**:

- Focus not just on academics but also on helping the children grow emotionally and socially.
- Create a friendly environment where the kids feel comfortable asking questions and learning new things.

7. **Regular Updates**:

- Share regular updates with the parents on how the children are doing, mentioning any improvements or areas that need attention.
- Keep communication open about their learning and behaviour.

8. **Professionalism**:

- Be respectful and patient with the children at all times.
- Maintain privacy and respect the family’s personal space and values.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a teacher with school and class Teacher experience of the good school in Kalyan.
- Must be willing to *visit the home* for tutoring.
- Commit to regular sessions and focus on both academics and personal development.
- Must have completed D.ed or B.ed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
