**Job Description/ Job role and Responsibilities**
- Design new interfaces for users
- Work with SEO specialist on optimizing site
- You will be involved in UI / UX meetings and provide your expertise and initial mockup sketches.
- You will contribute to a style guide that dictates the colors, fonts, and design patterns that are used in our web.
- A strong appreciation for user-centered design
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with teams across Marketing, and Business.
- Use design standards, guidelines and best practices

**Skills Required**:

- 3+ years of Web Design experience
- Have strong working knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
- Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Experience working in an Agile development process is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative
