**What is the role?**:
Xoxoday is looking for a marketing manager who can champion Xoxoday’s global marketing activities by building mindshare amongst targeted persona with activities like events, webinars, partnerships, sponsorship & PR. The role requires you to deeply understand the problems we solve and the context of our target personas to come up with messaging around the topical campaigns. This is a cross-functional role that requires a close partnership with our sales, product, and marketing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise, develop, write, and deliver daily social media content for our primary channel LinkedIn while ensuring the content is engaging and professional.
- Plan growth of and maintain followers across our social media channels.
- Maintain a comprehensive social media calendar and act as a project manager to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Work with our Creative Team to produce channel-specific content, provide audience insights, and optimize content by channel.
- Monitor and track hashtags, trends, and new platforms to scale and expand our social media presence.
- Plan and execute online webinars, community events and facilitate discussions online.
- Manage review sites like G2, Capterra, etc., to ensure we maintain good visibility and drive high quality reviews and leads.
- Maintain a consistent voice, personality, look, and feel for the brand across all platforms.
- Measure, track, and optimize performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs and adjust activities for maximizing traffic and engagement
- Engaging and connecting with the HR department in the office in terms of capturing the organization’s culture and buzz for social media communication.
- Work in a hybrid environment - with the teams both in the office and remote.
- Constantly measure and report ROI of such marketing activities and optimize the campaigns.
- Drive brand awareness and sales leads generation through these marketing activities.
- Understand our target audience and personas, design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of campaigns.

**What are we looking for?**:

- 3+ years of Social Media Marketing experience and digital events marketing for international SaaS products.
- Creative social media writer and storyteller, ideally with experience writing for IT and B2B SaaS.
- Extensive experience with social media monitoring, publishing, and listening platforms, with a proven track record of growing brand presence
- Should understand the brand marketing with very strong hands-on digital marketing fundamentals.
- You have strong cross-functional skills, including working with analytics, product, content, marketing agencies and other marketing teams.
- Should have very good communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience of working with US, European markets for similar roles would be a plus.
