Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor & Motion Graphics specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content that combines design aesthetics with video editing and motion graphics expertise. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce a wide range of multimedia materials, including videos, animations, motion graphics, and graphic designs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content.
Trim, cut, and arrange video segments to create cohesive narratives.
Add transitions, effects, and animations to enhance visual appeal.
Ensure video content meets the desired quality standards and specifications.

**Motion Graphics**:Design and create animated elements, titles, and visual effects.
Develop motion graphics that enhance storytelling and engage viewers.
Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and tools for motion graphics design.

**Graphic Design**:Develop visual concepts and graphic designs for various projects.
Design marketing materials, social media graphics, posters, and more.
Ensure consistency of branding and design elements across different mediums.
Collaborate with teams to understand design requirements and objectives.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with creative teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
Interpret project briefs and transform concepts into visually appealing content.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into design and video projects.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Mastery of motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D).
Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.

**Creativity**:Generate innovative ideas for visual content that align with project goals.
Bring a fresh and creative perspective to design and video projects.
Continuously explore new techniques and trends in graphic design and video editing.

**Project Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Film Production, Animation, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design skills.
- Proven experience with industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
