**Job Overview**:
A Root Canal Specialist (Endodontist) is responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental diseases related to the pulp and tissues of the tooth. The primary focus is on performing root canal treatments and other procedures aimed at saving damaged or infected teeth. Endodontists also provide consultation services to general dentists and offer post-treatment care to ensure the health of the teeth and surrounding areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Root Canal Treatments**: Perform complex root canal procedures to treat infected or damaged teeth by removing the pulp, cleaning and disinfecting the root canals, and sealing the tooth.
- **Diagnosis**: Evaluate X-rays and perform tests to identify issues with the tooth pulp, including infection, decay, cracks, or damage.
- **Treatment Planning**: Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, explaining procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
- **Surgical Procedures**: Perform surgical procedures like apicoectomies (removal of the tooth’s root tip) and other interventions when necessary.
- **Post-Treatment Care**: Monitor patients after treatments, provide pain management options, and ensure proper healing.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to maintain dental health and prevent future issues.
- **Collaboration with General Dentists**: Work closely with general dentists for referrals, consultations, and follow-up care.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including diagnoses, treatments, and progress.
- **Use of Technology**: Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital X-rays, microscopes, and endodontic instruments, to enhance
- **Licensing**:

- Active state dental license to practice.
- Board certification or eligibility as an Endodontist is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in performing root canal therapies, retreatments, and surgical procedures.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to use advanced dental technology.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans and procedures to patients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
