**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Outside Plant (OSP) CATV/HFC, FTTX EPON Projects, including greenfield and brownfield designs.
- Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Resolve roadblocks and address issues affecting project delivery.
- Provide status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project progress tracking and use project management tools to ensure visibility.
- Ensure effective reporting for all ongoing projects.
- Work in US timing to support the coordination and progress of projects.
- Manage competing priorities with multiple job owners and complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for fiber design and implementation.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in telecommunications OSP network design and fiber planning.
- Strong experience in coordinating and managing large teams and complex projects.
- Proven ability to resolve roadblocks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and collaboration.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with CATV/HFC, FTTX EPON projects.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with fiber network designs and construction.
- Knowledge of emerging telecom trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
